个人简介:海深洋,博士,副教授,海南省拔尖人才(D类高层次人才),博士研究生导师。硕士毕业于韩国建国大学商学院,博士毕业于河南大学心理学院,获理学博士学位。近五年,以第一作者或通讯作者身份在International Journal of Information Management (Top5%,影响因子20.1, ABDC-A*), International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology和International Journal of Hospitality Management等国际权威期刊上发表论文10余篇,担任Journal of Career Assessment编委成员,Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management和Computers in Human Behavior等国际权威期刊匿名审稿人,以及中国管理研究国际学会 (IACMR)、中国人力资源开发等会议审稿人,并多次为五星级酒店和连锁餐厅品牌等提供管理咨询;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社科研究青年基金项目和海南省自然科学基金青年项目等多项纵向课题。
