屈金照,海南大学国际商学院副教授。于2023年于中国人民大学劳动人事学院获管理学博士学位,于阿姆斯特丹自由大学(Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam)获得哲学博士学位。近年来,在Journal of International Business Studies(UTD24), Journal of Business Psychology(ABS 3星), Applied Psychology (ABS 3星)、《心理学报》、《科学学与科学技术管理》等期刊发表多篇学术论文。担任Applied Psychology编委及《中国人力资源开发》客座编辑。担任Human Resource Management 、Applied Psychology、Chinese Management Studies、《科学学与科学技术管理》等期刊审稿人,以及美国管理学年会(AOM)、亚太管理学年会(AAOM)、中国管理研究国际学会 (IACMR)等会议审稿人。
