为促进跨文化交流，营造开放包容的国际化办学氛围，海南大学国际商学院MBA教育中心于11月21日下午举办了“四海同心”国际MBA下午茶活动。活动由MBA教育中心副主任丁一主持。MBA教育中心主任王雁飞，国际交流与合作中心主任张瑶、副主任陈世佩，以及张宇慧副教授、叶鹏昊副教授等教师代表与来自世界各地的国际MBA学子进行深度对话，畅谈学习与未来。

王雁飞主任在致辞中对参与活动的师生表示热烈欢迎，并强调了国际MBA项目在培养具有全球视野复合型人才方面的重要使命。他表示，中心将持续搭建高质量交流平台，希望通过此类活动深化跨文化理解，凝聚发展共识，促进学生全面成长。

在“破冰游戏”环节，通过“击鼓传花”“我有你没有”等互动游戏，来自不同文化背景的学子迅速拉近距离，现场笑声阵阵，气氛活跃，为后续深入交流奠定了良好基础。

在趣味盎然的破冰游戏之后，师生们进行了开放式讨论。围绕国际课程学习体验、海南自贸港建设机遇与挑战、“一带一路”倡议下的商业发展新路径等话题，展开了多层次、建设性的讨论。来自不同国家的学生们带着各自独特的文化视角和实践经验进行了充分交流，也为在场的中国师生与管理者提供了宝贵的外部视角。

活动尾声，多位学生代表分享了参与感受。他们纷纷表示，此次活动不仅增进了同窗情谊，更深化了对专业课程、海南自贸港建设及全球商业环境的理解。与会教师也鼓励同学们充分利用学院提供的国际化平台，主动融入，勤勉研学，成就卓越。

Hainan University International Business School MBA Education Centre hosts "We Are The One" International MBA Tea Gathering

HAIKOU, Nov. 24, 2025 — The MBA Education Centre of Hainan University’s International Business School hosted its "We Are The One" International MBA Tea Gathering on November 21st, aiming to promote cross-cultural communication and an inclusive international campus environment.

The event was chaired by Ding Yi, Deputy Director of the MBA Education Centre, and attended by faculty including Director Wang Yanfei, International Exchange and Cooperation Centre Director Zhang Yao, Deputy Director Chen Shipei, and lecturers Zhang Yuhui and Ye Penghao. Participants included international MBA students from eight countries.

Fostering Global Perspectives

In his opening remarks, Dr. Wang Yanfei welcomed attendees and highlighted the International MBA programme’s focus on developing globally minded, interdisciplinary talent. He emphasised the centre’s commitment to creating high-quality exchange platforms to deepen cross-cultural understanding and support student development.

Interactive Activities and Discussions

The gathering began with icebreaker games, including "Pass The Orange" (similar to "击鼓传花") and "I Have What You Don’t," which helped students from diverse backgrounds connect in a relaxed atmosphere.

Following the games, participants engaged in open discussions on international course experiences, opportunities and challenges related to the Hainan Free Trade Port, and business development under the Belt and Road Initiative. Students shared perspectives from their home countries, providing valuable insights for Chinese faculty and peers.

Student and Faculty Reflections

Several student representatives shared their feedback, noting that the event strengthened peer relationships and deepened their understanding of coursework, the Hainan Free Trade Port, and the global business environment. Faculty encouraged students to make full use of the school’s international resources to enhance their learning.

The tea gathering was recognised as a successful step in the Business School’s international education efforts, enhancing programme cohesion and showcasing its globalisation achievements. The MBA Education Centre plans to continue organising such events to inspire innovation, promote cultural exchange, and support the development of versatile business talent for the Hainan Free Trade Port.
